Job summary

Applied ABC New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism. You will implement tailored intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and participate in ongoing staff training, keeping regular communication with supervisory staff.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability and active data collection during therapy sessions, contributing to progress tracking and family engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
