Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, in the client’s home and in the community. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA to help children learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, reliable transportation, and afternon/evening availability Monday–Friday. Opportunities for training and career growth are available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Spanish bilingual abilities are required for client communication.
• 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client's home.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Supervisors/BCBAs.
• Collect data and write session notes.

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. As a Behavior technician, you will be working in the child's home, with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

• Pay Range: based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken: $22 - $26
• Job/Case Location: South LA, East LA, Watts, Inglewood, Florence-Graham, Huntington Park, Vernon, Jefferson Park, Compton, Lynwood, Inglewood, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Covina, Whittier, San Gabriel Valley, South Gate, Montebello, Commerce, Van Nuys, Panorama City, North Hollywood, and surrounding cities
• Available schedule: Afternoons, M-F: between 2pm - 8pm or at least 3 days of the week (Weekends are optional)
• Office locations: Fontana, CA/ Indio, CA/ Glendale, CA

REQUIREMENTS

• Negative TB test
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Clear criminal background
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings
• 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)
