Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism by working one-on-one with them under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Work one-on-one with children and support their progress in various activities.
• Observe and document client progress and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Pay

Pay Range: $19 - $24
