Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies in Hemet, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, applying ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Paid training in ABA therapy is provided, with ongoing support from a collaborative team.

No prior experience required, and there are opportunities to grow professionally and personally. Upcoming PTO and flexible schedule make this role accessible, with full-time PTO after 90 days and sick leave
