Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy and play-based learning that builds communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided, with ongoing supervision from a collaborative team.

You’ll track progress, follow personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team aligned with our values.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
