Avid ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician for on-site work in Flint, Michigan. This part-time role supports children aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision, with no prior experience required and paid training provided.

Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00 / hour

BT Responsibilities

• Work with kids - On a one-on-one basis with individuals aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Build relationships - Make a difference in our client’s life while working in a collaborative environment
• Data collection - Electronically track and collect data on our clients progress
• High energy - Fast paced, no two days or clients are the same
