Nexus Therapies LLC in Fairfield, CA is seeking a part-time behavior therapist to provide intensive behavioral intervention services to children with Autism and related delays. You will deliver direct therapy in both individual and group sessions and maintain accurate program documentation.
Workload will be set by the Clinical Team with a 12:00–8:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays. Traveling between client locations and maintaining professional confidentiality are required.

Summary
Responsiblefor providing intensivebehavioralinterventionservices to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and otherdevelopmental delays in language, cognitive,adaptivebehavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor,gross motor and communication development. The behaviortherapist is ultimately responsible for direct delivery of thebehavioral services to the children and families, as well asaccurate record-keeping of case notes and excellentcommunication with supervising BCABA or BCBA about the programand the progress of thebehaviorservice plans. TheRBT maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours asdirected.

Thisis a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Mondaythrough Friday, with some weekends as needed; hours willfluctuate based onworkloadand client schedule.Occasional weekend work will be required based on clientneeds.
Monday- Friday hours available 12 pm to 8pm.
Saturday - 10 am to 6 pm
