Job summary

Behavioral Framework LLC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism and their families. You will support children in building meaningful life and social skills and collaborate closely with a BCBA supervisor.

The role offers ongoing training, supervision, and advancement opportunities, with a 20–30 hour workweek. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
