Requirements

• High School Diploma with RBT Certification
• Must have ABA experience
• Reliable transportation / Dependable transportation

• Spanish is a plus! (but not required)
• Must provide the following:
  • Cleared Background Check
  • Negative TB test (2 years)
  • Possess a valid CA Driver's License
  • Auto insurance & Registration
  • Copy of degree.

Responsibilities

• Must be a team player
• Must be able to implement adaptive skills training and strategic behavior interventions
• Provide in-home service to clients/ Travel Clients to Clients
• Collect data on targeted interventions
• Effectively communicate with Directors / Supervisors/staff and families.

Rate

Behavior Therapist: Pay ranges between $20.00-$24.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and degree level.
