Job summary

Heredia Therapy Group in California is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to support adolescents with Autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll work in clients’ homes and community settings, implementing ABA-based interventions and collecting progress data.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families and clinicians, travel within the community, and ongoing growth. A high school diploma is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus, and a valid CA driver’s license is needed.

• Licensing & Transportation: Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology, sociology, or a related field and want to impact an underserved population, this is an ideal role.

As a BT, You'll

• Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
• Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.

What You'll Need

• Education: High school diploma required.

What We Offer

• Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.62 per mile for travel.
