Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a part-time RBT for an afternoon home case in Belleville, IL. The role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis in clients' homes or community settings under supervision of a BCBA, with emphasis on 1:1 therapy and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification (RBT) preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth in homes/community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home/community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguarding of patient information.

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
