Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a center or home-based setting in West Branch, MI.

The role involves implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting data, and collaborating with BCBA supervision. Full-time, in-person position with competitive hourly pay and bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualificações

Position Summary:

Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a center or home-based setting. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring a full-time (30-40 hours/week) Behavior Technician to provide services in West Branch, MI.

• Provide quality one-to-one ABA to children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Maintain objective daily session notes

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
