Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking passionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours are available, ideal for education professionals seeking meaningful work.

Training is provided, no prior ABA experience is required, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged to help transform lives of children with autism through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team delivering skill-building and care plans.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to change our clients lives.
