Job summary

RightWay ABA in Totowa, New Jersey, is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to support in-home and center-based therapy for children ages 2-18. Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct Client Support
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
  • Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
  • Implement behavior-reduction plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
