Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and support families while maintaining accurate session data.

The role offers flexible hours and a path to professional advancement within the ABA field, with paid training and a supportive clinical team guiding your work with children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
