BK Behavior is seeking candidates for psychology opportunities in Missouri to provide ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Positions start part-time with flexible hours and a commitment of at least 6 months. Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Training is provided, with pathways for professional advancement in the ABA field. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, are willing to learn, and hold or are willing to obtain RBT certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
