Job summary

Behavior Tech in Patterson, NJ is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with a 10-year-old boy after school. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, offering flexible evenings as a great side-hustle.

You will mentor the child with ABA techniques, practice Spanish, and see real progress in a supportive home-like setting in Paterson, NJ 07501.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking and bilingual communication with a child.
• Experience delivering one-on-one behavior therapy.

Responsibilities
