Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods, such as DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Record and document client behavior and progress with the provided tools.
• Support clients in building communication, social interaction, self-care and daily living skills.
• Create an encouraging and positive learning environment, promoting engagement and autonomy.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices.

Behavior Tech(BT) Position Summary:

We are looking for compassionate, driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior intervention plans and support clients in learning important life skills. These services will be delivered across a variety of settings, such as home, school, and community environments. Behavior Technicians are integral in delivering proven interventions, tracking progress, and helping clients reach their full potential.

Behavior Tech(BT) Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to monitor progress and ensure consistency in implementing plans across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members, providing updates and sharing important information.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with ABA practices and techniques.
