Ability Matters is seeking compassionate individuals to support people with autism and other neurological disabilities, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful lives in their communities. No experience? Paid training and ongoing support will be provided as you grow within the organization.

You will gain hands-on experience, work with a dedicated team, and have opportunities for advancement while making a real difference in the lives of others.
