Our Behavior Support Specialists deliver psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs, with language support available in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Bilingual preferred.
• 1+ year experience with children, youth and families in home/community setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to high-speed secured internet.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services

Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence‑based practices that promote a family's strengths!

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
• Bilingual preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to high speed secured internet required

Hours and Compensation

• Full Time Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
• Fee for Service: $25-$30 per hour
