Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavioral Support Specialist to deliver psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in clients’ homes, addressing youths’ behavioral health needs. You will work with families using evidence-based practices that promote strengths and positive outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and access to high-speed internet.

• Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to high speed secured internet required.

Behavior Support Specialists

Our Behavioral Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a family's strengths!

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean,Russianand Hindi!

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
• Bilingual preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to high speed secured internet required.

Hours/Compensation:

• Full Time Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
• Fee for Service: $25-$30 per hour
