Bancroft in Passaic County is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to join our ABA Center of Excellence, working under LBA oversight to assess and treat challenging behavior and build skills.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, with six months of experience; ABA experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position in an adult residential setting in New Jersey.

Bancroft is actively seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and graduate clinicians providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
We are looking for a Behavior Support Specialist for our Adult Residential program in Passaic County. The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. Behavior Support Specialists work under the supervision of LBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills and collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
