Position Summary: We are hiring passionate and responsible Behavior Support Aides (which includes anyone who has had previous experience as a:behavior technician, behavior therapist, aba therapist, behavior interventionist, behavior coach, behavior assistant, behavior support specialist, behavior consultant, SPED aide, special education aide) to join our team at our in Lomita, CA! The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the well-being and development of children, ensuring their safety, and promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher degree
  • Previous experience in childcare, special education, or a related field is preferred
  • Must be open to school and home cases in order to build a full-time schedule
  • Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion to work with children!
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
