Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play-based, evidence-driven sessions. You’ll work at homes, centers, or in the community with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) required per CA mandate.
• Reliable transportation needed to reach multiple locations.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit and stand frequently to support clients.

Requirements
