Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children develop communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. Sessions occur at home, in centers, or in the community, guided by clinical leaders and flexible scheduling.

You will receive paid training, coaching, and clear career milestones as you grow with our vibrant team and care for diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED
• Willingness to complete training and documentation
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort working with diverse populations

Responsibilities
