Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics in California seeks a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills using play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll visit homes, centers, and community settings with energy and compassion.

You’ll follow clinician-designed plans, celebrate small wins, and thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.
