Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. Work at homes, centers, or in the community with a flexible, on-the-go schedule.

No prior experience required; training and coaching are provided as you follow clinical plans and celebrate milestones. Paid training and a clear growth path accompany a supportive team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit/stand and pace with client.
