Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in California is seeking an entry-level Behavior Specialist to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Roles may be at home, in our centers, or in the community, using play and evidence-based strategies to develop communication, social, and life skills.

You’ll receive paid training, a clear growth pathway, and tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedules and ongoing coaching help you learn, earn, and grow with CSD.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Flexible availability including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
  • Proof of vaccinations per CA requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED

Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)

Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)

Reliable transportation

Comfort working with diverse populations

Willingness to complete training and documentation

Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client

Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work
