Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics in North Bergen, New Jersey, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time school-based role. The BCBA will assess and implement behavioral support for students in a school setting.

Hours are 8:30am-3:15pm, Monday to Friday, with excellent compensation and benefits. Statewide and nationwide opportunities available, with growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification (BACB) required.
• Current New Jersey LBA License required.
• 1-2 years experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Intervention: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Supervision and Support: supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Data Monitoring and Adjustment: collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
