Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced leader to head our ABA treatment programs for children and young adults with autism. The role focuses on clinical quality, program oversight, and collaboration with families, schools, and healthcare partners.

You will supervise behavior technicians, deliver caregiver training, analyze data to drive progress, and ensure treatment fidelity across in-home and center-based services. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
