Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking caregivers to support children with special needs. Earn hourly pay with weekly checks and access a suite of benefits, including health, dental, vision, HAS and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan.

Mileage reimbursement and flexible shift options are available to fit your schedule. Responsibilities include helping children develop social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or equivalent experience working with children.

Responsibilities
