Sage Connections, LLC is seeking a W-2 Behavior Technician to support a student 1:1 in the school setting for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours ranging from 30 to 37.5 per week.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a school setting (preferred), a human services degree or equivalent, and must be at least 18 years old. Sage Connections offers full benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent, or a degree plus 24 credits in human services.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs.
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities.
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams.
• Document services and share observations with the support team.
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs.

• Caseload: Elementary student, working 1:1
