United Counseling Service (UCS) seeks a Behavioral Interventionist to support students with emotional and behavioural challenges, aligning home, school, and community services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Analysis (preferred) or related field.
• RBT certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire is acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties in school.
• Assess student behaviours and create individualized behaviour plans; monitor progress.
• Coordinate services between school, home, and community supports; act as liaison.
• Consult with school personnel to develop behavioural plans and attend BI conference.
• Maintain documentation, time sheets, and data reporting for DMH services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Analysis (preferred) or related field

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
