The Arc Lexington is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our Clinical Services team in Gloversville, NY. As a key member of the Clinical Services team at The Arc Lexington, the Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) is both a leader and a hands‑on partner in the field. Working directly with people and their support teams, the BIS develops individualized support plans, provides training and coaching, and promotes emotional, social, and behavioral well‑being.
