Qualifications

• Associate of Arts in Child Development preferred.
• 18 hours of early childhood education or ECE Level 2/Para-Professional Certification required.
• Experience with children and disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement inclusion strategies to support engagement and participation for each child.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and mental health staff to assess needs and develop inclusive practices.
• Provide supervision and support in the classroom when teachers are absent.
• Support social and emotional development and positive behavior guidance.
• Communicate child progress with families and document observations.
