Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implement evidence-based skill-building plans, and collaborate closely with families in home or community settings to support progress.

No experience? No problem—paid training is provided. We offer Same Day Pay, flexible part-time schedules, a robust clinical team, and opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
