Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings across Ohio.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours with direct client interaction under clinical supervision. You will apply evidence-based ABA strategies, collect progress data, and collaborate with a caring clinical team. Paid training is provided, and same-day pay is available. A 6-month commitment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• RBT certification is required before working.
