Job summary

Behavior Hero in Gardner is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with families to enhance treatment outcomes.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
