BK Behavior is seeking caring professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, full training, and a chance to positively impact families and clients through evidence-based interventions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor while collaborating with families and the clinical team to implement care plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Need to Knows Services will be provided in clients homes or in the community based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Ready to create a positive change.

Responsabilités

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
