Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring for part-time ABA roles delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings in Des Moines, IA. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record data, and support families as part of a dedicated clinical team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a willingness to learn, and a calm, compassionate approach. RBT certification is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
