Job summary

Channel ABA seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Pennsylvania team. You will work directly with children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings under supervision to implement treatment plans and help clients gain new skills.

Responsibilities include collecting treatment data, documenting sessions, and collaborating with the treatment team. PA requirements apply; prior ABA experience is welcomed but not required.

Behavioral Health Technician

Channel ABA is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Pennsylvania team. Behavioral Health Technicians provide individualized support to children and adolescents receiving behavioral health services in home, school, and community settings.

This position works directly with clients under the supervision of a qualified Behavior Analyst. Behavioral Health Technicians implement individualized treatment plans, assist clients with developing new skills, collect treatment data, and collaborate with members of the client's treatment team.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.

• Support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and other functional skills.

• Collect and document treatment data.

• Complete required session documentation.

• Participate in supervision and required trainings.

• Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and other members of the treatment team.

• Follow organizational policies and applicable behavioral health requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania requirements for the Behavioral Health Technician position.

Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health services, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is welcomed but not required for all applicants.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Scheduling is based on client needs and staff availability and may include daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.

Compensation

$22 to $ 30 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and position requirements.
