Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Consultant to join the Pennsylvania team, providing in-community ABA services for youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and create individualized treatment plans with families and providers, while supervising and documenting progress.

The role requires strong clinical insight, credentialing in PA, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to empower youth and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or ABA supervising scope with relevant certification.
• BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis (preferred).
• One year of full-time ABA experience plus 12 ABA credits from college/university.
• One year of ABA experience under supervision with BCBA or graduate-level certification and 40 hours of ABA training.
• Clearances: PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI are required.

As a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs). This is a direct care and supervisory role that requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have one of the following:
• A certification as a BCaBA or other undergraduate-level certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from a college or university.
• A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA.
• Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist and have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health
