Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health support for youths aged 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, targeting behaviors, and coordinating with families and schools to craft and execute individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or eligible for licensure.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in ABA, or psychology/social work/education/counseling.
• Graduate degree plus 1 year mental health direct experience with children/youth or practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/PSY/Behavior Specialist/CRNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re hiring a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. As a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs). This is a direct care and supervisory role that requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist
• Certified as a BCBA or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
• Hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, and either:
• One (1) year of full-time experience in mental health direct services with children/youth
• Completed a clinical or mental health practicum
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or similar with scope to oversee ABA services

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health
