Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

• Licensed PA Behavior Specialist required.
• BCBA or graduate-level behavior analysis certification.
• Graduate degree in ABA required; additional psychology/social work/education/counseling degrees considered.
• Either 1 year of direct youth mental health experience or a completed practicum.
• Clearances (PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI) must be passable.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/ Psychologist/CRNP or similar).

About the Role

We’re hiring a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. As a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs). This is a direct care and supervisory role that requires strong clinical insight, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals

Required Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist
• Certified as a BCBA or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
• Hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling, and either:
  • One (1) year of full-time experience in mental health direct services with children/youth
  • Completed a clinical or mental health practicum
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or similar with scope to oversee ABA services

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health
