Job summary

Advanced ABA, Inc. is seeking a BCBA supervisor to oversee Behavior Technicians, provide on-site supervision, and review progress through data analysis. The role includes documenting reports, coordinating parent training, and supporting program implementation with team meetings.

You will travel to clients' homes, train parents, and collaborate with other service providers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in applied behavior analysis, psychology, early childhood education/development, or related field
  • Professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities
  • Demonstrates ability to supervise and train effectively
  • Demonstrates knowledge of DTT, NET, PRT, PECS, and other ABA methodologies and strategies
  • Demonstrates good judgment, decision-making, and communication skillsExercises discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and evaluates performance of Behavior Technicians
  • Provides clients with direct (on-site) supervision
  • Reviews and analyzes data and overall progress, provides recommendations, observes program implementation, holds team meetings, and provides ongoing parent training
  • Completes indirect (off-site) work, including writing reports, creating materials, etc.
  • Schedules and attends parent training and team meetings as needed
  • Facilitates generalization of skills by training parents/caretakers
  • Monitors client therapy hours and schedules
  • Communicates effectively with parents and staff members
  • Collaborates proactively with other service providers (e.g. Teachers, SLP, OT)
  • Attends consult meetings with Clinical Director to review case needs
  • Troubleshoots and tends parent and technician concerns and needs
  • Attends and/or holds admin and/or staff meetings
  • Travels via personal automobile to client’s home or community outings
  • Lifts up to 50 pounds
  • Provides proof of valid driver license and current auto insurance
  • Passes background/fingerprint clearance through DOJ and FBI
  • Provides/obtains proof of negative TB, and MMR and Varicella vaccinations
  • Completes CPR training (provided by the company)
