Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Port Angeles, WA. Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. PBS provides training to become an RBT and career advancement paths.

You'll work 1:1 with children using ABA under supervision of a BCBA, with data collection, family collaboration and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling, quarterly bonus, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
