Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Hampton, VA. Roles are part-time with the option to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and you can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, growth-focused environment are emphasized. PBS provides paid training, travel reimbursement if applicable, and benefits for 30+ hour roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
