Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Texas is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, and a career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, plus medical, dental, vision coverage for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
