PBS Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, apply ABA strategies, and help implement treatment plans designed for each child.

Training is provided to become an RBT, with mentoring and advancement opportunities within a growth-focused environment. Flexible scheduling and benefits accompany a rewarding role helping families in the community.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA’s supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
