Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Roles involve 1:1 ABA therapy with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with a pathway to become an RBT.

We offer mentoring, complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, and paid travel. Local travel may be required; licensure/certification requirements vary by state.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Mansioni

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
